Community Services – General Enforcement Officers (2 Posts P1345 and P1346)

Inclusive Salary range £24,463 up to £27,067 plus up to 18.5% employer pension contribution
In these posts you will have day to day responsibility for complaints handling and the processing of penalty charge notices. Demonstrable strong letter writing skills, the ability to carry out impartial investigations relating to complaints and also legislative appeals are essential for these posts.
You must be educated to NVQ Level 4/5 or have an equivalent qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent experience. An excellent communicator is required as you may have to deal with irate customers either on the telephone or face to face. Good IT skills together with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload to ensure key deadlines are met are also required.
