Designed to educate and motivate students in Year 12 and 13 who are considering a career in chartered accountancy or business, the event will provide an opportunity to learn more about the options available for school leavers. The ICAEW’s Student Recruitment team, ACA Students and both local and national employers will all be available to answer questions and discuss training and career choices. Interactive events will involve: An expert from ICAEW talking to teachers, parents and students about school leaver, apprenticeship, work experience and graduate opportunities. Trainee and qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountants sharing their stories about their career, giving students top tips on how to succeed. A panel presentation and Q&A session with local employers offering school leaver and graduate opportunities. An opportunity to have detailed conversations and develop links with local and national employers in our mini careers fair and networking session. Recruitment opportunities for students interested in early careers opportunities. The event takes place at Aubrey Park Hotel, Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, St Albans, AL3 7AF from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. The event is free to attend, however limited places are available so early registration is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
